AND.BEAR is an Australian designer label creating modern heirloom occasionwear for women who believe the most beautiful pieces deserve to be worn again and again.

We design dresses for the moments you'll remember long after the event has passed - weddings, celebrations, holidays, birthdays, dinners that turn into unforgettable nights, and the memories that become part of your story. Our collections are created with the belief that occasionwear shouldn't be worn once and forgotten. The pieces you love most should be worn, reworn, photographed, borrowed and treasured for years to come.

Founded by RMIT fashion graduates Isabella Demartini and Georgie Allen, AND.BEAR was born from a simple frustration. “We couldn't find dresses that felt feminine, memorable and beautifully made without being dictated by fleeting trends. We wanted pieces we'd still reach for years later - pieces that felt just as special the tenth time they were worn as the first. So we created them ourselves.”

Every collection is designed in Melbourne with an appreciation for romantic silhouettes, thoughtful construction, and enduring craftsmanship. Rather than chasing what's new each season, we focus on creating pieces with lasting emotional value - garments that earn a permanent place in your wardrobe and become part of the memories you make.

The name AND.BEAR was inspired by Georgie's Dalmatian, Bear, who became the muse behind our very first campaign. In his honour, every piece is named after the people and animals who have shaped our lives, reminding us that the things we treasure most are always connected to the stories behind them.
