As we have a great relationship with our customers we offer pick-up and hand delivery if you live in the area of the head designers Georgie & Bella. You can always direct message us on instagram or email us to see if this is possible for your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product in Australia & Internationally.
Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe documented delivery. AND.BEAR take no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charged are not refundable or credited.
A refund will only be given if there is a fault in the garment/it has been damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item. This policy is non-negotiable. If your item is faulty please email us to organise your return. AND.BEAR reserve the right to deny refunds if the garment does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
Full price items with all original tags attached may be returned for a credit note only. The credit notes are valid to use online for up to 1 year. Please email us to arrange this.
